Clara Pinto is a Community Manager at Provis. With over 22 years of diverse experience in Facility Management, Customer Services, Hospitality Management, Property Management, and Owner’s Association Management, he has overseen a wide range of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, including Retail and Malls. Currently serving as the President of CAI Middle East Chapter, Freejo Francis has set new industry standards and fostered collaboration across the GCC. Glen Aranha is a seasoned professional in the Community Association and Property Management industry in Dubai and has been associated with the community management industry for over a decade. 

Among the very few practitioners in the region who have premier professional credentials from both the CAI (Community Associations Institute) and IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management), he is one of the first certified IREM trainers in the Middle East region. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from the prestigious S.P. Jain Institute, one of the top 20 B-Schools in India, and holds various specialised course certifications in community management. 

He currently works with Dubai Holding Community Management and has managed communities for reputed developers, including DAMAC and the Al Wasl Group.
