The construction progress is well underway, with shoring and piling already completed. The focus has now shifted to the basement substructure, setting the stage for the next phases of development. The 52-storey tower is expected to be completed by Q2 2027. This timeline reflects the meticulous planning and coordination required to deliver a project of this scale and complexity, ensuring that every detail meets the highest standards of quality and excellence.
