Many Real Estate Agents Opting for Flexible lifestyle

The latest property market insight from eXp Realty Dubai has shown that there has been a huge increase in the number of Dubai real estate agents opting to pursue a more flexible professional model in order to gain a better work-life balance in a destination that was made for such a lifestyle.

Internal data from eXp Dubai shows that so far this year alone, it has seen a 117% increase in the number of member agents utilising the platform. The 117% increase demonstrates the growing momentum of the employment model that has been building across Dubai.

Whilst they may be employed by eXp Dubai, our agents are given a great level of autonomy with which they can build their own brand and business within the Dubai real estate market. This autonomy naturally allows them to better manage their own work life balance and it’s fair to say that Dubai is a destination designed for such a lifestyle.

To put this growth into perspective, just one other eXp International region has seen a higher rate of growth in member agent numbers so far this year, with Poland seeing a 93% increase. Spain ranks third, with a 34% jump, but some way off the increase seen across Dubai.

However, there remains a wealth of potential for the eXp model across Dubai, particularly given the nation’s ambitious goals for further economic growth. Head of eXp Realty Dubai, Dounia Fadi, commented, “We’ve seen a huge increase in the number of agents opting to pursue a career with eXp Dubai so far this year and whilst this is partly down to the higher earning potential our model provides, it’s the flexibility that is proving one of the biggest attractions. Whilst they may be employed by eXp Dubai, our agents are given a great level of autonomy with which they can build their own brand and business within the Dubai real estate market. This autonomy naturally allows them to better manage their own work life balance and it’s fair to say that Dubai is a destination designed for such a lifestyle.”

She added, “However, Dubai is also a nation with ambitions for further economic development. As it stands, eXp Realty currently operates across 24 international markets across six continents, with three more markets soon to open, and I truly believe that it’s Dubai that currently offers the greatest degree of potential to drive further growth within the organisation.”

“It does take hard work in order to be successful, but our agents benefit from the full support of the eXp brand right from the start, allowing them to build momentum within their respective markets far quicker than they may have done otherwise,” she concluded.
