With a decade of experience in the MEA real estate market and a track record of success in occupier strategy and solutions, Hodgetts joins Knight Frank, reinforcing the firm's commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions to clients in the region.
Committed to excellence, Hodgetts holds certifications from the International Association for Contract & Commercial Management (IACCM) and Projects in Controlled Environments (Prince2®). Furthermore, he is currently pursuing the Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) program with CoreNet Global. Prior to joining Knight Frank, he served as a director at a leading professional services firm specializing in commercial real estate and investment management. Armed with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Glasgow Caledonian University and chartered membership in the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), James is equipped to lead Knight Frank’s endeavours in delivering bespoke, cutting-edge strategies for clients in commercial and real estate domain.
