FIAT, the global automobile brand, and UNLMTD Real Estate, a company specialising in real estate development, investment, and property management, announced their collaboration in introducing FIAT House, which is scheduled to launch in early 2024. The innovative residential property will be built in the United States at the base of the George Washington Bridge in Fort Lee, New Jersey, within close proximity to Manhattan.
FIAT House would be an innovative residential complex comprising over 300 rental residences, providing hospitality-focused amenities, customised concierge services, and exclusive community events. The premium residential complex is located at the junction of eight major highways and includes studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom homes, some of which come furnished. These residences boast premium. The property symbolises the future of real estate, prioritising lifestyle, efficiency, community, and mobility in residential living granting access to various mass-transit and alternative transportation choices.
