A new entry into Abu Dhabi’s high-end real estate market is rising along the shoreline of Al Reem Island. ELIE SAAB Waterfront by Ohana is a 35-storey residential tower featuring 174 units, and marks the city’s first branded residential development in partnership with the international fashion house ELIE SAAB.

Architecturally, the tower is designed with an emphasis on movement and fluid form. Curved balconies and a cascading profile give the building a sculptural appearance, while its reflective façade—drawing from the textures and light-play of couture fabrics—creates dynamic shifts in appearance throughout the day.

The project offers a range of units, from dual-level penthouses with private infinity pools to a mix of one- to three-bedroom apartments. Interiors are designed to prioritize natural light, expansive views, and a materials palette that complements the coastal environment.

Developed by Ohana Development, the project blends modern residential architecture with elements of fashion-inspired design. It’s intended to offer a high-end living experience with a focus on spatial flow and aesthetic detail.

Still under construction, ELIE SAAB Waterfront is positioned as a distinctive new presence in Abu Dhabi’s luxury waterfront property market.
