Dar Global, Trump Organization Partner to Open Trump Tower

The tower, set to open in Dubai in 2025, marks the third partnership between the two real estate organisations

Trump Tower Dubai is set to open in 2025 thanks to a partnership between luxury real estate developer Dar Global, the global development arm of Saudi Arabia’s publicly traded Dar Al Arkan, and the Trump Organization. The property will be located in a desirable area of Dubai, according to a statement released by Dar Global, though it did not say where.

By the end of 2024, the location and design will be revealed. The development’s price was kept a secret. This would mark Dar Global and the Trump Organization’s third partnership. Eric Trump, Executive Vice President, The Trump Organization, said, “We are proud to expand our presence in the region further through the launch of our iconic Trump Tower Dubai in collaboration with the world-class luxury developer Dar Global.”

According to the statement, the property will house the Trump Hotel Dubai in addition to branded residential units with first-rate amenities and services. Additionally, The Trump Private, an exclusive club for members only, will be unveiled on the property.

The $500 million Trump International Resort, Golf Club, and Residences at Dar Global’s Aida project in Oman opened for business last month. Currently, Dar Global, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange, is working on projects valued at $5.9 billion across six nations: the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar, the United Kingdom, Spain, and Bosnia. The Palm Trump International Hotel and Tower on Palm Jumeirah was announced by Nakheel and the Trump Organization in 2005, but the project was never completed.
