UAE-based Azizi Developments revealed plans to invest $1.5 billion to construct Burj Azizi, Dubai’s second-tallest tower, on a prime plot of land on Sheikh Zayed Road. The developer released a statement stating that the skyscraper is expected to be completed in four years and will include a seven-star hotel, a vertical mall, and luxurious apartments and penthouses.
It said that in addition to many other distinctive and fascinating features and amenities, the tower will have a first-of-its-kind observation deck and a lot of upscale food and beverage options. On the milestone announcement, Founder and Chairman Mirwais Azizi said, “Today is a special day as the group finally breaks ground on one of my dream projects in Dubai. While the formal ceremony will be held later, I am delighted to be marking this occasion with our own team at Azizi – a team that will be building this iconic tower.” He also said that the official groundbreaking ceremony’s date would be revealed later.
Azizi and Toshiba: A Partnership
Azizi and Toshiba Elevator, the Japanese company that makes the fastest elevator in the world, have expanded their partnership. Under the terms of the agreement, Toshiba Elevator will supply, design, and install passenger and service elevators for Azizi’s premium projects, which include Azizi Central, Azizi Grand, Azizi Vista, and Beach Oasis.
Vista, the pinnacle of a contemporary luxury low-rise residential building, was constructed for both young, stylish adults and families. It is located next to Sports City and Motor City in one of Dubai’s most vibrant and youthful neighborhoods, according to Azizi. “Just a short drive from the Expo site, and with it being situated on Hessa Street and near Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Dubai Studio City is a strategic location with excellent accessibility. Residents will benefit from a wide range of nearby amenities, including schools and colleges, medical facilities, sports and leisure attractions, and much more,” he added.
