Dubai based group, Imdaad, has won a 5 year ‘Total Facility Management’ contract with Dubai World Trade Centre. DWTC is the developer of the Expo Village , the official residential facility for Expo 2020 Dubai. The 5 year contract has been signed for the management of the residential facility that will host the participants of Expo 2020 and will later transition into a facility to meet the anticipated surge in demand in District 2020.In a statement, Mahmood Rasheed, COO, Imdaad, said: “We are proud to have won this contract to provide safe, hygienic, and effective services across Expo Village. This win is among our milestone achievements in the recent past and it gives us a unique opportunity to demonstrate our industry-leading capabilities besides strengthening our relationship with DWTC.”
The facility will be deployed with a team of 165 professionals to carry out a range of FM services. This will include soft FM services such as general cleaning, hygiene and disinfection along with hard FM services such as civil and infrastructural services along with mechanical , electrical and plumbing work.
