The new board aims to continue CAIME’s mission of advancing the community management sector

The Community Associations Institute Middle East (CAIME) has officially unveiled its newly-elected Board of Directors for 2025. The distinguished group of professionals, representing the Middle East, come with a vast experience in the field of community management and are poised to drive the association’s growth and success. With a focus on synergy, teamwork, and commitment to community development, the new board aims to continue CAIME’s mission of advancing the community management sector.
At the helm, Osman Mumtaz has been appointed President of CAIME. Known for his proficiency in community management, Osman’s leadership will be crucial in steering the organisation’s strategic direction. With extensive experience in operations, transformation, and a strong background in government outreach and institutions, Jean N. Hanna assumes the role of President-Elect. His unique blend of engineering and business expertise promises to drive critical organisational development.
Ana Jerinkić, as Vice-President, will leverage her operational expertise to enhance efficiency and collaboration within the board and CAIME’s initiatives. Jen Andal-Matinig will take on the role of the new Treasurer with a goal to bring best practices from across the world to the Middle East, drawing on her experience as a member of the Board of Directors at Community Association Managers International Certification Board’s (CAMICB) in the United States. Adarsh Cherian, as Secretary, will contribute fresh perspectives and innovative strategies to ensure the organisation’s continued growth and relevance.
