With a view to increase their product and services bouquet, ANACITY, the leading Community Management Software provider for gated communities, launched community omnicommerce on the app. The move is expected to empower 16,000 homes that will be able to leverage their collective buying power through this vertical.
Under this initiative, ANACITY offers curated products and services to gated community residents across multiple categories, such as household services, healthcare, home interiors, salon services, packers and movers, and more.
Commenting on the launch Aayush Puri, Head GCC - ANACITY, commented, “In the last couple of years, we have witnessed a paradigm shift in the management of gated communities. As a demographic, these communities now offer a sizeable market to product and service providers, putting them in a unique position to demand more cost-effective services and improved delivery. As an apartment management platform, ANACITY aims to empower OAMs and apartment managers through our community omnicommerce. It is designed to streamline consumer experience while leveraging their collective buying power.”
Collective buying power refers to the ability of gated communities to utilise their group size to avail goods and services at a discounted price or for improved delivery. The launch of the ANACITY omnicommerce channel showcases gated communities as a unique demographic with shared characteristics such as income levels and social status. It allows marketers to enter an untapped market with high demand for curated services in apartment management, household services, healthcare, and other related fields.
The move is in line with the company’s other innovative initiatives to facilitate easy operations, build smart buildings interconnectedness while leveraging a comfortable and sustainable living experience for the residents. ANACITY is also hoping to bring hyperlocal services and brands under one umbrella.
