The 2024 IRECMS Masterclass event in Italy took place at the prestigious Villa Monastero on Lake Como, a location worthy of hosting an IRECMS event with origins dating back to the twelfth century. Given the exclusive location, a small circle of particularly demanding and nationally important customers participated in the event.
The speakers were able to involve the audience in a succession of high-quality educational interventions.
Pepe Gutierrez, an innovative condominium administrator who no longer needs introductions, discussed the very current topic of artificial intelligence to be used in the real estate management sector to improve performance both in terms of speed and quality, paying particular attention to the creation of the prompts.
Prof. Jeevan D'Mello, trainer, author, consultant, and the first international president of CAI, discussed the topic of social conflicts within communities and explained the characteristics and communication skills that a modern condominium administrator must have to be able to defuse tensions to bring well-being and happiness to the buildings they manage.
Valentina Turchetti, a nationally renowned social media strategist, explained in a simple way the complex concepts regarding communication that a real estate administrator must implement on social media. She highlighted the differences in style that need to be adopted on the various channels, from YouTube to TikTok, and this allowed those present to understand the importance of these differences to obtain effective communication campaigns.
Maurizio Di Mauro, an expert in digital innovation, e-business strategy, and business automation, discussed the topic of artificial intelligence connected with the main software on the market capable of completely automating an office both in terms of processes and procedures. He gave extremely interesting ideas regarding the evolution of the "no code" and "low code" software and how much easier it will be in the future to customize standard tools and software.
Gabrio Bacchini, an insurance consultant, entertained the participants by reading some parts of his book, an ironic and funny text based on the life of the condominium administrator and the difficulties of a profession that requires countless high-profile skills, the most sometimes embodied in the figure of the administrator.
Mario Tura De Marco, trainer, consultant, coach, author, and international speaker, discussed the topic of leadership by making a comparison between the various eras and thus highlighting the evolution of the figure of the leader from the authoritarian one of the 70s/80s to the current one, that is, the inspirational leader, the one capable of putting aside excessive harshness and understanding, the one capable of giving up motivation to make room for the inspiration and involvement of people.
The lake set a perfect backdrop for an engaging networking lunch, marking the event as a great success in true Italian style.
