The IRECMS 2022 witnessed an amazing turnout of delegates from across the world. With over 300 attendees, the conference showcased 40 + speakers. Bringing together professionals from Community Management, Property Management, Facilities Management, and the PropTech industry - IRECMS left the attendees with many actionable takeaways.
The event was inaugurated by Mohammad Bin Hammad, Senior Director, RERA, Land Department, Dubai. And Dr. Marshall Goldsmith, the #1 Business Coach and four-time NYT Bestseller, graced the event for an exclusive keynote session.

Held at the Dubai Address Marina, the Conference Day focussed on interesting panel discussions. Some of the key topics that were explored were the integration of imaginative building design & management; how Community Management professionals can protect themselves in this industry; and the importance of Metaverse in the Built Environment.
The conference had plenty to talk about. The biggest takeaway that made the headlines was the game-changing announcement by RERA, Land Department, Dubai announcement. Three leading PropTech players in the Community Management Industry- ANACITY, ADDA, and Iskaan - were brought together to form a game-changing partnership along with the support of RERA, the regulatory arm of Dubai Land Department.
The team, quite literally overnight, has developed a method to achieve transparent JOP Data. The three companies along with the Government support will bring all available data across the platforms on a uniform view for current and prospective property owners.
“The upcoming technology implementation within Mollak will surely drive the change to develop our industry,” appreciated Garry Murray, Associate Director of Provis & President-Elect, CAIME.
Parallelly, plenary sessions, closed-door round table conferences, and Tech Talks — a topical discussion on property technologies — were interspersed with fun events such as a drumming session with an African band.
